Hi! I'm Chad, the founder of Norfolk BBQ. I love BBQ! I love everything about it from the smell of the smoke, the crackling sound and the glow of the fire on a long night's smoke, to the approving silence of people devouring the fruits of your labor after hours of hard work on my smoker. Its about love! Love for the food, love for the process, love for friends and family for whom I cook.

That's why, after so many years of work creating my sauce and having family and friends enjoy it, I wanted to share it with you and those you love! I hope you thoroughly enjoy my sauce! Norfolk County is affectionately called 'the Folk' and its my sincerest desire that you enjoy my sauce from 'the Folk' to your folk.
